If you’re booking for 2 or more surfers, this is a ‘group lesson’. If you’re on your own, you can ask to join an existing class. You learn all the basic technique in your first lesson, with the goal to be standing and riding small waves by the end of the lesson!

The individual attention of a private lesson is a great kick-start for learning to surf and perfect for intermediate surfers to improve their surfing skills. This option is also great for young kids, or first timers who feel too nervous to join a group environment.
The South Coast of Sri Lanka has some amazing surf breaks that are best to surf between October to May. We give beginner surf lessons at Weligama beach just South from Galle.
